If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of the item being received by you for a refund or exchange. Defective items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. GOODS ARE CLASSIFIED FAULTY IF THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED DAMAGED
Please note, we can only offer size exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for another style, we suggest you return the item for a refund and make a new purchase separately
To make a return just simply tick the item(s) you are returning on the invoice which came with your delivery and securely pack your item(s) for return.
For UK orders, you can use our DPD Local drop off service which is offered to you free of charge. Please email us at email@example.com with your Order Number and request a return label. We will then send you a PDF that you will need to print and drop off at a local DPD collection point - a list of these will be given to you in the email.
You can also send your items back to us using your own nominated carrier which will be at your cost. This applies to all worldwide order. We suggest you send the item(s) by a carrier where they can be tracked.
Returned items must not have been damaged, worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned and all labels/tags must be attached.

Items should be returned to us within the 7-day or 14-day period. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of pyrus-london.com. Please note that RAN requests after the specified periods will also be granted at our discretion.
Receiving a Refund
The original purchaser’s credit card will be credited for the full amount of the item(s) within 30 days of us receiving the returned item
